Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please, sign into your account, find your order and generate a free return label. Afterwards print the return label and take it with you to the nearest UPS office with the item/s in their original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. # of days to make a refund, to appear in account, except holidays/weekends

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final sale items

Any item can be returned for a refund, within 28 days of receiving the original order. This does not include final sale items. Those are not valid for return. The final sale items are the once equal to or exceeding the discount of 70% applied on them.


Currently we do not provide any exchanges. We suggest returning the item, getting refunded and placing a new order.


We provide free shipping on all orders above 49.99$. The shipping price for the orders less than 49.99$ is 5$. The shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary.

Most orders are shipped within the next business day after being placed. We use UPS shipping for all orders in the continental US. Normally the orders arrive within 3-7 business days.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time, as well as A.P.O/F.P.O and P.O. box addresses. All our orders are shipped via UPS and need a street address for delivery.
