Orders

Unfortunately, you cannot place an order over the phone at this time. All orders must be placed via website.

We do not restock most of our items. You may contact our Customer Service to check the availability. You would need to provide our Customer Service team the item title or product ID for further details.

The order can be modified or cancelled before it is shipped. In order to cancel or modify your order, please, contact our Customer Service team.

The size guide is provided in Product detail page of every product.

You can view all your order details including the status of your order under “my account” section if you are a registered customer. Otherwise, please contact Customer Support. .

The major reasons can be:

  • The payment could not be processed.
  • Due to some technical issues we are unable to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email, and, if charged for the order, will be fully refunded.
  • The selected size is no longer available.

In either case, the full amount will be refunded, if the payment was already made.

You receive an order confirmation email. Order confirmation only informs you that we have received your order and it is under Processing. You can check the further status of your order under “my account” section if you are a registered customer.

We use different shipping carriers and shipping methods to provide you with the best service possible. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary. Usually, all our orders in the United States take from 5-10 business days to be delivered.

The major reasons can be:

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels, so, please, check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • The items that are missing were already sold out, or, for some reason, were unfulfillable. You will be refunded for these items if the payment was made for them.

Payments, Prices & Vouchers

You will be charged once your order is confirmed. Please, note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.

You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing of your payment. You'll have the opportunity to enter new payment details in this case.

There may be 2 major reasons for getting charged more than expected:

  • If your bank's local currency is different to the currency of our website, then your bank will convert the amount using their exchange rate. This may result in difference in price.
  • You may have used a promo code on your order, which is not valid for all the items in your order.

Please, find the "Voucher code" field on the checkout page. Paste the voucher code in the field and click "Redeem". The price will be automatically reduced if the voucher code is valid.

  • Check out our website regularly, we often have really great promos running that you can benefit from.
  • We also send out promo codes to our customers through our newsletters.
  • Promo codes can also be found on our social media accounts.

Any item can be returned for a refund, within 30 days of receiving the original order. This does not include those items, which are ineligible for sale.

No, all the orders placed on Baldi US website should have addresses in the United States. For delivery in other counries, please, check where Baldi operates other than the US.

Currently, we only accept one shipping address per order.

We apologize if you receive an email informing you that the ordered item/s is not in stock. This means that the item was registered in stock when you placed the order. However when fulfilling your order it was discovered to be out of stock or invalid for delivery.   • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not subject to returns or refunds. Please, pay attention to these badges on items on Product Detail Page, Checkout Page, the Invoice, etc.
  • The returned item needs to be not used and not worn as upon return to Baldishoes.com. When it is not the case, the item can be considered not valid for return and the order may not be refunded or exchanged. In these cases, please, contact our Customer Service team to clarify the situation.
  • All the items will be inspected upon return. After the inspection, if the items are not approved for return or exchange, Baldishoes.com keeps the right of not issuing a refund or anything in exchange.
  • The refunds of payments via bank cards are processed within 2 weeks after we receive back the item and it passes our inspection.
  • The appearance of the sum on your bank account is under the responsibility of your bank.
  • The refunds are processed via same payment method as when placing the order.
  • The items are under the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure everything is packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
  • The items must be sent back in their original packaging. In case this cannot be done, please contact our customer service.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • All the exchange, return and refund issues are considered only around the price of the item during the purchase.

At this time, we do not offer item exchange services. If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, and the item is valid for a return, you may return the item to us and place a new order of an item you wished to exchange it with. If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately via phone or email. We will investigate the issue and provide you with solution as soon as possible.

The refunds are processed within 2 weeks after we receive back the item and it passes our inspection. The refunded sum may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank account after the refund was processed. If you have any issues seeing your refund after this period, simply contact our Customer Service team.

Our prices change depending on various factors, which means an item’s price can change after your purchase. Unfortunately, you are not able to get price adjustment or a refund in the amount of price difference.

The major reasons can be:

  • We were not able to verify the billing information that was entered. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order is automatically cancelled. Please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
  • The payment could not be processed.
  • Due to some technical issues we are unable to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email and if charged for the order you will be fully refunded.

If you want to find a specific product you’ll need to go back to our Home page and use the search box at the top of the page. You can also browse through each category listed in the menu.

We try to provide as much useful details about a product as we can, including:

  • features of an item
  • materials used for production
  • the sizing of the item

Technical Issues

In order check your orders you need to sign into your account.

If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't recognized, please follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you're using the same email address and password that you provided when registering.
  • If you can't remember your password, simply click on the "forgot my password" link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
  • Try deleting your cookies, we've often found that clearing these means you can regain access to your account. Please be aware, this may also remove any items from your basket or Saved Items if you're not logged into your account before clearing the cookies.
