Payments, Prices & Vouchers

You will be charged once your order is confirmed.Please, note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing of your payment. You'll have the opportunity to enter new payment details in this case.

There may be 2 major reasons for getting charged more than expected:

  • If your bank's local currency is different to the currency of our website, then your bank will convert the amount using their exchange rate. This may result in differnece in price.

Online prices or promotions do not include Sales Tax (where applicable) and are valid only for orders placed through the Baldi website. All the taxes are added before the check out.

Shipping Policy

Baldi provides free shipping on all orders above 49.99$. The shipping price for the orders less than 49.99$ is 5$.

Most orders are shipped within the next business day after being placed. We use UPS shipping for all orders in the continental US. The orders arrive within 3-7 business days.

No, our shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time, as well as A.P.O/F.P.O and P.O. box addresses. All our orders are shipped via UPS and need a street address for delivery.

No, all the orders placed on Baldi US website should have addresses in the United States. For delivery in other counries, please, check where Baldi operates other than the US.

Currently, we only accept one shipping address per order.

Currently, Baldi provides online services in the United States of America, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Armenia.

Normally the delivery takes between 3-7 business days. On holidays the delivery may take longer. You can always track your parcel here.

We provide shipping with UPS Standard delivery and if you're not in when your parcel arrives, UPS will leave your parcel in your mailbox or at the front door. If this isn’t possible, it will be left at your local UPS office and they’ll leave you a card to tell you where it is exactly.

We apologize if you receive an email informing you that the ordered item/s are not in stock. This means that the item was registered in stock when you placed the order. However when fulfilling your order it was discovered to be out of stock or invalid for delivery. We are very sorry for these rare cases, we would suggest checking in on the website to see if the item is available again.

Returns & Refunds

  • Any item can be returned for a refund, within 28 days of receiving the original order. This does not include final sale items. Those are not valid for return.
  • The returned item needs to be in the same condition as sent. In cases when it is not the item can be considered not valid for return and the order may not be refunded. In these cases, please, contact our Customer Service team to clarify the situation.
  • All the items will be inspected upon return
  • The items can be accepted for return only when provided with our company return label.
  • The items are not valid for exchange, instead we suggest returning the item and ordering a new one.
  • The refunds are processed within 2 weeks after we receive back the item and it passes our inspection.
  • The refunds are processed via same payment method as when placing the order.
  • The refunded sum may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank account after the refund was processed.
  • The items are under the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure everything is packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
  • The items must be sent back in their original packaging. In case this can not be done, please contact our customer service
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Baldi provides Free returns on all items, except final sale items. The final sale items are not valid for return.

No, the online purchases can be returned only via post. For further information, please read throught the section of how to return an item.

In order to return your product, please, follow the next steps:

  • Enter your account on www.baldishoes.com
  • find the order from order history
  • select the item you would like to return
  • write down the reason for return and submit your request
  • print the return label and take it with you to the nearest UPS with the item in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, currently we do not provide exchanges. You can simply return your order, get refunded and order a new item.

Normally, it takes 1-2 weeks for us to receive an item back since the day the package was left at UPS.
